1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "okbete" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the okbete online gaming and sportsbook platform accessible at okbete.net and all associated mobile and web applications.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on okbete, whether or not they have placed a wager or made a deposit.
• "Account" refers to the registered personal account held by a Player on the okbete platform, which stores PHP balance, transaction history, and player preferences.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products and games available on okbete, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, bingo, sabong, EVO Live, and Mines Grand.
• "Funds" / "Balance" refers to real-money Philippine Peso (PHP) amounts held in a Player's okbete account.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits issued by okbete that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the okbete platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Players regardless of their location within the Philippines, whether accessing okbete from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, or any other region of the country.

Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the okbete platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by local, national, or international law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
• You are not a current employee, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of okbete or its affiliated partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the okbete platform or had your account closed for terms violations.
• You are of sound mental capacity and are not using the platform as a means to escape financial difficulty.

okbete reserves the right to conduct age verification checks at any stage. If a Player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any real-money deposits returned minus any winnings generated during the underage period, which will be voided.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the okbete platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances without notice. okbete uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate registrations.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify okbete promptly of any changes.

Before processing any withdrawal, okbete will require completion of the KYC verification process. Acceptable identity documents include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or other government-issued identification. Proof of address may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• okbete recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.
• You must notify okbete immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting [email protected].
• okbete will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

5 Deposits & Payments

okbete accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All transactions are processed without foreign exchange conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by okbete, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.

• GCash — the fastest deposit method, typically credited instantly during normal operating hours.
• PayMaya — credited within a few minutes of transaction confirmation.
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) — online fund transfer via BPI online banking.
• BDO (Banco de Oro) — online fund transfer via BDO online banking.
• Metrobank — online fund transfer via Metrobank Direct.
• Visa credit and debit cards.
• Mastercard credit and debit cards.

okbete reserves the right to request documentation verifying the ownership of a payment method before processing deposits or withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and forms part of our KYC obligations.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made once KYC verification has been successfully completed. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and credited to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500.
• GCash withdrawals typically complete within minutes during support hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM PST).
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically complete within one to two business days.
• okbete does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• okbete reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending AML review or additional KYC documentation.

If a withdrawal request cannot be returned to the original payment method — for example, due to an expired card — okbete will work with the Player to arrange an alternative method, subject to additional identity verification. 7 Bonuses & Promotions

okbete offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who are 21 years of age or older.
• Each bonus promotion specifies a wagering requirement that must be completed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Only wagers placed on qualifying games count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed on certain game categories, or at stakes below the minimum eligible bet, may be excluded.
• okbete reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering pathway.

8 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All wagers placed on the okbete platform — whether in the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, bingo, sabong, or any other product — are governed by the specific rules of the relevant game or market in addition to these Terms. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• okbete reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by verified integrity concerns, including match-fixing or suspicious betting patterns.
• In the event of event cancellation or postponement beyond 24 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• Cash-out functionality is available on selected markets and is subject to real-time calculation. okbete may suspend cash-out availability at any time.

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streamed real-world game outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a disconnection, the round outcome is determined by the game server log, which is the authoritative record.
• okbete is not responsible for losses resulting from a Player's internet connection failure during gameplay.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbete platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, or IP address.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games such as poker or live casino tables.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or miscalculated odds to extract value. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors must be returned.
• Money laundering or using okbete to process funds derived from illegal activity, in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA).
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your age.
• Charging back deposits via your payment provider after using the deposited funds to place wagers.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing okbete staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

okbete is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Filipino players with the tools they need to keep their gaming habits healthy and within their personal means. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that alert them after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for self-exclusion from the okbete platform for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications are suppressed and re-activation requests are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications remind players of their net session position at configurable intervals.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the okbete platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data structures, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of okbete or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any okbete content without explicit prior written consent.
• Scraping or harvesting odds data, game outcomes, or any other platform data using automated tools is strictly prohibited.
• The okbete name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks and may not be used in any context without written authorisation.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbete's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that Player's okbete account at the time the claim arises.

• okbete shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• okbete does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect availability.
• okbete shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, government directives, or natural disasters.
• Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain. okbete makes no representation that any Player will achieve any particular outcome or profit from their use of the Services.

13 Account Termination & Suspension

okbete reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if okbete reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses an AML, fraud, or regulatory risk to the platform.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account is subject to a valid self-exclusion request.
• okbete is required to act by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement directive.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, less any applicable charges, within a reasonable processing period. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact okbete's support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through our internal disputes process. okbete commits to acknowledging all formal dispute communications within four (4) business hours and to providing a substantive response within five (5) business days.

15 Amendments to Terms

okbete reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not materially alter Player rights or obligations, and updates required to maintain regulatory compliance — may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the okbete platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
